Whether you are an established business with excellent recordkeeping or a new business owner struggling to keep up with your books, our knowledgeable staff is available year-round to assist our tax clients at whatever level of accounting service they require. We can prepare your books on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. We most often work with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online, but we are readily able to assist you on the vast majority of bookkeeping platforms available today.

 

A new client consultation normally requires a full 60 minutes to go over the basics of your business. A $240 retainer for services is standard for new clients, and the full amount will be applied to your preparation invoice.

 

We prepare and review tax returns in the order in which they are received. Once preparation begins and during review, we will remain in contact with questions as they arise. Upon completion we will send you a full copy of your tax returns, bottom line information, a signature form for e-filing, and any tax payment vouchers if applicable. Once we receive your invoice payment and signature, we will securely transmit your return to the IRS and any states that may be necessary. We scan and return all of your original source documents and provide a hard copy of your tax returns. Digital copies of your returns are available upon request at any point at no extra charge.

We also offer payroll services that range from the standard monthly/bi-weekly payroll deposits and quarterly tax reporting, to high-level payroll services for those clients that require communication with governmental agencies or prior period adjustments and payroll tax filing amendments.

You might only have a handful of questions for review throughout the year, or perhaps you want us to completely construct your bookkeeping and payroll system, receive your bank statements, and do all of the recordkeeping for you.

We can also assist you in dealing with IRS, state, and local tax notices, and represent you with those entities.
